Terms of service

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using Leofame ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you own the account or content the order is for, or that you have permission from whoever does.

Leofame sells engagement services — followers, likes, views, comments and similar — for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. We deliver against a public profile, post or video link that you provide. We never ask for your account password, and we don't need it to fulfill an order.

We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or their parent companies. Those names are used only to describe which platforms our services apply to.

Prices, quantity ranges and estimated start times are listed on each service before you order. Payment is due at checkout through one of the methods shown there. Placing an order is acceptance of the price and terms shown at that time.

Start times and delivery speeds listed on each service are estimates, not guarantees — actual timing can vary with conditions outside our control. Delivery is paced deliberately rather than sent all at once; that's intentional, not a fault to be refunded.

Services marked with a refill badge are covered for the number of days shown on that service. If your count drops within that window, contact us and we'll top it back up at no cost.

Services without a refill badge are considered final once delivery starts. Because delivery begins quickly after an order is placed, we generally can't offer refunds once that process has started — if something looks wrong, contact us before assuming a refund is the only option, since most issues can be fixed without one.

We offer one free trial per customer, per platform, covering followers, likes or views. Free trials are limited to prevent abuse — we may decline or limit a trial request if we suspect it's part of a pattern of repeat claims, including from related accounts, email addresses or payment methods.

You agree not to use Leofame to:

• Order engagement for accounts or content you don't own or have permission to use
• Resell our services under your own brand without a separate agreement with us
• Attempt to defraud us, including disputing legitimate charges after delivery
• Promote illegal content or activity

We can refuse, cancel or limit any order we reasonably believe violates these terms.

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook each set and change their own rules for what's allowed on their platforms. We aim to deliver in a way that's consistent with how real engagement behaves, but we can't guarantee how any platform will treat a particular account, and we're not responsible for actions a platform takes independently of us.

To the extent permitted by law, Leofame isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including account actions taken by a third-party platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
